Dvoje je me\u0111usobno reagiralo i stvorilo je sve ostalo (5 elemenata).\u201d <\/em><\/p><p>Koncept yina i yanga je koncept kruga, tako da su yin\/yang i 5 elemenata nerazdvojno povezani. Svaka stvar, akcija i kvaliteta mogu se podijeliti na svoje Yin i Yang aspekte koji \u010dine cjelinu i nisu odvojivi jedan od drugoga. Yang predstavlja sve \u0161to se \u0161iri, raste, kre\u0107e se, \u0161to je svjetlo, toplo, aktivno, mu\u0161ko. Yin s druge strane predstavlja \u017eensko, ti\u0161inu, skupljanje, introspekciju, pasivnost, mrak, hladno\u0107u i raspadanje.<\/p><p>Kineska i japanska medicina ve\u0107 vi\u0161e od 5000 godina \u017eivotni tijek od njegovog po\u010detka do kraja promatraju kao ciklus. Taj ciklus sastoji se od pet faza koje se nazivaju Fazama promjene ili Pet Elemenata. Svaki od pet elemenata ima svoje zasebne karakteristike koje su analogne i povezane s prirodnim fenomenima poput klime, godi\u0161njih doba, stranama svijeta, planetima, ali i organima u tijelu, tkivima, emocijama, zvukovima, bojama, okusima itd. Elementi djeluju kao cjelina, me\u0111usobno su povezani i ne mogu funkcionirati sami za sebe. Pomo\u0107u pet elemenata mogu\u0107e je opisati me\u0111usobnu povezanost svih stvari i pojava te razumijeti kako su na\u0161e fizi\u010dko, mentalno, emocionalno i duhovno tijelo dio kontinuiranih mjena Zemlje, svemira i na\u0161eg okru\u017eenja. Faze promjene \/ Pet elemenata mo\u017eda najjasnije mo\u017eemo pojasniti kroz promjene godi\u0161njih doba. Tako element Drva pripada prolje\u0107u, to je energija rasta i razvoja; element Vatre pripada ljetu, vrhuncu tog proljetnog rasta i razvoja; element Zemlje pripada<br \/>babljem ljetu kada ubiremo plodove koje smo posijali u prolje\u0107e i koji su svoj vrhunac dozrijevanja do\u017eivjeli u ljeto; element Metala pripada jeseni, dobu kada se priroda smiruje, otpu\u0161ta nepotrebno i priprema se za zimu; i posljednji i prvi element Vode koji pripada zimi, dobu kada priroda spava, skupljena je u sebe i odmara se kako bi se opet u prolje\u0107e mogla probuditi i krenuti u novi ciklus rasta.<\/p><p>Teorija pet elemenata u svojoj su\u0161tini vrlo je jednostavan koncept \u2013 krug. Krug nema ni po\u010detak ni kraj te predstavlja kontinuitet \u017eivota\/energije (Qi ili Chi). Drvo, Vatra, Zemlja, Metal i Voda sastavni su dijelovi tog kruga. Energija kru\u017ei kroz pet elemenata i na taj na\u010din mijenja svoje pojavno stanje i kvalitetu.<\/p><p>U tijelu (\u010dovijeka\/konja) energija te\u010de energetskim kanalima (merdijanima), a svaki merdijan je povezan s odre\u0111enim organom\/funkcijom i pripada jednom od elemenata. Zastoji u protoku energije (u bilo kojem dijelu iz bilo kojeg razloga) rezultiraju smanjenom vitalno\u0161\u0107u, razli\u010ditim simptomima i, na kraju, bole\u0161\u0107u.<\/p><p>Odnosi me\u0111u elementima su sljede\u0107i:<\/p><ul><li>sve u prirodi posjeduje karakteristike svih pet elemenata<\/li><li>elementi stvaraju jedan drugi (kreativni ciklus, majka \u2013 dijete)<\/li><li>elementi kontroliraju jedan drugi (ciklus kontrole)<\/li><li>svaki element u sebi sadr\u017ei sve ostale elemente<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Transformacije i faze koje opisuju ova dva ciklusa primjenjive su na nas ljude, na sva \u017eiva bi\u0107a oko nas (\u017eivotinje, biljke) kao i na na\u0161 svakodnevni \u017eivot (odnosi, zajednice, karijere, kreativni procesi).<br \/>Svaki \u010dovijek\/konj u sebi sadr\u017ei svih pet elemenata. No konstitucijski i\/ili karakterno jedan ili dva elementa su nam svima vi\u0161e izra\u017eeni. Kako svaki element nosi svoje karakteristike, ako znamo koji je element najizra\u017eeniji kod odre\u0111enog konja mo\u017eemo toga konja bolje razumijeti. Prilagoditi pristup i trening njegovim potrebama i mogu\u0107nostima i tako vrlo elegantno izbje\u0107i nepotrebne frustracije nerazumijevanja kako u treningu tako i u svakodnevnom opho\u0111enju oko konja.
