Razvila se u Japanu na principima tradicionalne kineske medicine, no uklju\u010duje i zapadnja\u010dke spoznaje anatomije, fiziologije i psihologije.\nNa japanskom Shiatsu doslovno zna\u010di pritisak prstom \u2013 u prakti\u010dnom smislu u tretmanima se koriste pritisci palcem, dlanom kao i rotacije i istezanja kojima se stimulira protok \u017eivotne energije (Ki) tijelom. Dodirom Shiatsu o\u017eivljava dva primarna \u017eivotna iskustva \u2013 protok energije (informacija) i osjet pritiska. Oba iskustva nastaju u trenutku za\u010de\u0107a i nastavljaju se tijekom gestacijskog perioda. Dodir je tako\u0111er usko povezan s na\u0161im autonomnim \u017eiv\u010danim sustavom kojeg dijelimo na simpati\u010dki i parasimpati\u010dki \u017eiv\u010dani sustav. Parasimpati\u010dki sustav je zadu\u017een za opu\u0161tanje i regeneraciju, usporava sr\u010dani puls i produbljuje na\u0161e disanje. Aktiviranjem parasimpati\u010dkog sustava energija slobodno protje\u010de na\u0161im tijelom. Simpati\u010dki sustav je zadu\u017een za procjenu situacije i obranu, on uklju\u010duje na\u0161 sustav pre\u017eivljavanja, ubrzava sr\u010dani puls, disanje je plitko. U uravnote\u017eenom sustavu ove dvije grane \u017eiv\u010danog sustava rade zajedno i reguliraju protok energije u na\u0161em tijelu. Energija tijelom te\u010de kroz sustav meridijana koji su usko povezani s na\u0161im organima.\nU Shiatsu tretmanu dodirom uspostavljamo komunikaciju s tijelom, pogotovo nesvjesnim aspektom tijela. Tijelo na dodir isprva reagira oprezom i kontrolom, nakon \u010dega se opu\u0161ta i dozvoljava pritisak. Opu\u0161tanjem, odnosno uklju\u010divanjem parasimpati\u010dkog moda, radom na meridijanima i op\u0107enito otvaranjem prostora u tijelu omogu\u0107ava se nesmetan protok energije. Tako Shiatsu podr\u017eava tijelo da se samo uravnote\u017ei. Poma\u017ee da postanemo svjesniji vlastitog tijela i podru\u010dja napetosti (bila ona fizi\u010dka, emotivna ili psiholo\u0161ka). Prvenstveno su konji refleksija nas samih. No, osim toga konji me\u0111usobno komuniciraju energijom i dodirom. Pa tako kobile fizi\u010dkim dodirom (lizanjem, grickanjem, gurkanjem) podr\u017eavaju i njeguju svoju \u017edrebad. Konji \u201c\u010ditaju\u201d energiju \u017eivotinja\/ljudi koji ih okru\u017euju kako bi znali je li okru\u017eenje sigurno ili opasno \u2013 mogu li nastaviti mirno pasti ili trebaju aktivirati svoj sustav za pre\u017eivljavanje (bori se ili bje\u017ei).\nKako nas na\u0161 \u017eivotni stil \u010dini napetima tako \u010dini i na\u0161e konje napetima. Tim vi\u0161e \u0161to ve\u0107ina konja \u017eivi u relativno neprirodnim uvjetima. Ako uzmete u obzir da konji u divljini \u017eive u krdu, kre\u0107u se ve\u0107i dio dana i no\u0107i tijekom kojih pasu i prelaze oko 50 km dnevno, prili\u010dno je jasno koliko je takav \u017eivotni stil daleko od onoga kako \u017eive na\u0161i domesticirani konji. Ve\u0107ina ih \u017eivi zatvorena ve\u0107i dio dana u boksevima, bez mogu\u0107nosti kretanja, biranja \u0161to \u0107e i kada jesti. Ako se radi o sportskim konjima, oni jo\u0161 k tome \u010desto putuju (dakle mijenjaju svoje poznato okru\u017eenje), nerijetko imaju vrlo striktne re\u017eime treninga i op\u0107enito na\u010dina \u017eivota, jasno je da i oni \u017eive u napetosti i pod odre\u0111enom vrstom stresa \u2013 ba\u0161 kao i mi ljudi.\nKonj i jaha\u010d su tim, pa tako neravnote\u017ea jednog \u010dlana \u010desto izaziva neravnote\u017eu kod drugog \u010dlana tima. Uz svakodnevnu brigu o fizi\u010dkom, psihi\u010dkom i emotivnom zdravlju konja, ne bismo trebali zaboraviti brinuti na isti na\u010din o sebi. Tako iz iskustva proizlazi da se najbolji rezultati Shiatsu tretmana na konjima posti\u017eu kada i ljudski \u010dlan tako\u0111er radi na svom psiho fizi\u010dkom zdravlju, bilo kroz Shiatsu tretmane ili neke druge oblike rada na tijelu ili s tijelom. U tom smislu je Shiatsu komplementarna drugim holisti\u010dkim terapijama poput akupresure, akupunkture, reikija, ali i klasi\u010dnim terapijama poput fizikalne terapije ili kiropraktike.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12f84b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"12f84b7\"
